1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), the following definitions apply:

• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pptoto platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on pptoto through which you access our services.
• "Platform" refers to the pptoto website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on sports events, casino games, togel draws, or other gambling products offered on pptoto.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in your pptoto account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided by pptoto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use pptoto. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3. Eligibility and Registration

pptoto reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Registration

When registering an account on pptoto, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with any third party.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using pptoto:

• Persons under the age of 21.
• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from pptoto or any affiliated platform.
• Persons who are employees, contractors, or immediate family members of pptoto staff or affiliated gaming providers.
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or using fraudulent information.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pptoto account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• Notifying pptoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.

pptoto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.2 Account Restrictions

pptoto reserves the right to:

• Request additional identity verification documents at any time.
• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
• Close duplicate accounts and transfer balances to the primary account.
• Refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pptoto reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 on dormant accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified via email 30 days before any fee is applied.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pptoto supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 | Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members).

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction receipt.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days to the bank account or e-wallet registered under your name. Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction (higher limits for VIP members)
• All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification before the first payout.
• The withdrawal destination must match the name on your pptoto account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.

pptoto reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal if we detect unusual betting patterns or suspect fraudulent activity.

5.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, pptoto requires the following documents:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• A selfie holding your ID document.

KYC verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation may have withdrawals suspended.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pptoto offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users who opt in to the promotion.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount) that must be met before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period (usually 7 to 30 days from issuance).
• Only one active bonus per account at a time, unless otherwise stated.
• Abusing bonuses (e.g., creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors) will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and any winnings generated from that bonus. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Sportsbook: Bets with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Bets with odds below 1.50 contribute 50%.
• Slots: All slot bets contribute 100%.
• Live Casino: Baccarat and Blackjack bets contribute 10%. Roulette and other table games contribute 20%.
• Togel: All togel bets contribute 50%.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pptoto employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Betting on opposite outcomes (arbitrage betting) to clear wagering requirements risk-free.
• Exploiting software bugs or pricing errors.

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and account balances forfeited, and their accounts permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules and Odds

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on pptoto are subject to acceptance. pptoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or collusion.
• Technical errors or obviously incorrect odds.
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets).

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pptoto, it cannot be canceled or amended by the user.

7.2 Settlement and Results

Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). pptoto uses official data feeds from trusted providers to ensure accurate and timely settlement.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of pptoto's settlement team is final. Users may submit a formal dispute via email to [email protected] within 7 days of settlement.

7.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided (stakes returned) in the following circumstances:

• The event is canceled or postponed by more than 48 hours.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• A player listed in the bet does not start the match (for player-specific markets).

7.4 In-Play Betting

pptoto offers live in-play betting on many sports events. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, there may be a slight delay between the user placing a bet and the bet being accepted. During this time, odds may change or the market may be suspended. If the odds change before your bet is accepted, you will be prompted to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

8. Responsible Gaming

pptoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pptoto for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break from your account.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer

pptoto provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pptoto, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., payment gateway failures).
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

In no event shall pptoto's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

pptoto is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, war, cyberattacks, or technical failures of third-party providers.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be paid out to your registered bank account or e-wallet after KYC verification.
• You will no longer receive marketing communications from pptoto.
• You may not register a new account without written permission from pptoto.

10.2 pptoto-Initiated Suspension or Closure

pptoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward pptoto staff.
• You register multiple accounts or share your account with others.

In the event of account closure due to breach of Terms, pptoto reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including deposits and winnings.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pptoto is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11.3 Limitation Period

Any claims arising from these Terms must be brought within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
